Ingredients to make Dudh Puli
- Chenna (Homemade Cottage Cheese) - 200 grams
- Date Palm Jaggery - 2 cups
- Rice Flour - 250 grams
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Hot Water - as required to knead the dough
- Milk - 1.250 lit
- Sugar - 3 to 4 tablespoon
How to make Dudh Puli
My Tip:Always use hot water to knead the rice flour dough. While making these dumplings you should cover the dough and the prepared dumplings with a damp cloth to avoid cracks on the outer shell.
