Pista Badam Kheer

Ingredients to make Pista Badam Kheer

  • Milk - 2 liter
  • sugar to taste
  • Basmati rice - 1 cup
  • almonds - 8 pieces (finely chopped)
  • cashews (finely chopped) - 8 pieces
  • raisins - 10 pieces

How to make Pista Badam Kheer

  1. Boil milk in a big container.
  2. Soak the rice in water for about 10 minutes.
  3. Now drain the rice and add it to the boiled milk. Add in sugar.
  4. Cook it until the milk turns to pink color.
  5. Add all the dry ingredients to it, mix them well and put it in the refrigerator.
  6. Serve it chilled.
