ABOUT Jaggery Dates Kheer RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Full cream milk-2 litre
  2. Rice-150 grams
  3. Bay leaves 2-3
  4. Dates aggery- 300 grams or as much sweet as one wants

Instructions

  1. Take full cream milk in a deep vessel and boil it.
  2. When it starts boiling add washed and soaked kheer rice.
  3. Mix it properly at regular intervals of 5 minutes otherwise rice can stick to the base.
  4. Add washed bay leaves, it gives very good flavor to the kheer.
  5. Continue mixing it till the rice is completely cooked.
  6. Add khajoor ka gur and mix it properly till it gets thickened. Switch off the flame.
  7. Garnish with dry fruits and serve hot.
