Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2cups Basmati rice
  2. Green colour,orange colour optional
  3. Coriander to Garnish
  4. Mushrooms boiled and chopped
  5. One cup beans boiled and chopped
  6. Chopped cauliflower,potatoes,carrots,beans
  7. Curd,2 cucumber,ghee,saffron
  8. Coriander powder red chilli powder ,garam masala
  9. Salt,1tomato,1 onion 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil rice,peas, keep it to cool,fry all vegetables add curd and all spices keep to marinate . 2. Soak saffron in milk,now keep a pan put ghee and put all marinated vegetables put a layer of rice . 3. make 3 parts of rice,1st part on vegetables,2nd
  2. Part we will be put green colour ,3rd will be kept as it is now put milk on rice and cover till rice cooks completely. Put cut cucumber, onion ,tomatoes, red chilli powder ,little sugar,black pepper powder ,chat masala in curd mix well .
