    Ingredients to make Masala Pav

    • 2 bun/pav
    • 2-3 tablespoon ghee
    • 1 medium onion
    • 2 medium tomatoes (for tangy taste)
    • 1 medium capsicum
    • 1 teaspoon garam masala
    • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
    • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
    • 2 tsp water
    • Salt to taste
    • 3 tbsp butter

    How to make Masala Pav

    1. Add butter in microwave safe bowl. Once the butter melts halfs in a bowl add finely chopped onions. Sauté for 2 minutes on micro mode

    7. Now take a pav bun and cut them in to small pieces. Now add breads and little water in a bowl and mix it till all the masala are sticks on bread.

    My Tip: Do not over cook onion, capsicum and tomatoes because they taste better when they are still crisp.
