Mango Sheviya Kheer

Ingredients to make Mango Sheviya Kheer

  • Vermicelli 1/2 cup
  • Mango pulp of 1 mango
  • Sugar 2 table spoon
  • 1 cup milk
  • Almonds for garnishing

How to make Mango Sheviya Kheer

  1. In pan heat some ghee and saute the vermicelli till it turns to golden brown.
  2. Add 1 cup milk and sugar to taste. Let the milk boil.
  3. Turn off the gas and let it cool.
  4. In a serving glass add the cooked vermicelli and layer the mango pulp on top.
  5. Garnish it with dry fruits that you like, refrigerate it for an hour and serve.
My Tip: One can add any fruit pulp on top layer.
