ABOUT Jack Fruit Ice Cream RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Non dairy whipping cream 1 cup
  2. Milkmaid 1/2 tin
  3. Powdered sugar 2 tablespoon
  4. Jack fruit puree 1 cup
  5. Cut and diced jack fruit 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Whip together cream, milkmaid, powdered sugar till it doubles in size.
  2. Add jack fruit puree and diced jack fruit and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate for 6-7 hours or overnight. Scoop it out and serve.
