Ingredients to make Raw Banana Cutlet

  • 1 boiled raw banana
  • 1 cup fresh bread crumb
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/4 cup tomato
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • coriander leaves
  • salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • haldi
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon jeera powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon saunf powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • oil for shallow fry

How to make Raw Banana Cutlet

  1. Boil the banana and then mash it in a bowl.
  2. Add bread crumbs and all the vegetables.
  3. And all the spices, lemon juice and coriander leaves.
  4. Mix well and combine to form a dough.
