Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For White Sauce
  2. Wholewheat flour 3 to 4 tablespoon
  3. Milk 1 cup
  4. Chicken/Mutton stock 1 cup
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Pepper to taste
  7. Chicken
  8. 200 grams chicken/Mutton boiled with 2 cups water
  9. For Boiling mutton
  10. Chicken/Mutton 200 grms
  11. Water 2 cups
  12. Salt acc to taste
  13. Pepper acc to taste
  14. Dhania pwdr 1 tsp
  15. 1 chopped onion
  16. Ginergarlic paste 1 tbsp
  17. 1 to 2 green chillies
  18. EXTRA INGRIDENTS
  19. Capsicum 2
  20. 1 chopped and 1 sliced
  21. tomato 1 Sliced
  22. Eggs 2
  23. Salt acc to taste
  24. Red chilli pwdr a pinch
  25. Boiled noodles 1/2 packet
  26. Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
  27. Hot and sweet sauce 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. First boil the meat with salt pepper dhania powder, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli, onion and 2 cups water.
  2. Boil till mutton is tender. Reserve the stock. I gave 6 whistles in the cooker.
  3. For White Sauce
  4. Take a pan add butter, add the whole wheat flour and saute till nice aroma comes.
  5. Add milk, stock and mix well. The sauce should be nice and creamy.
  6. Make sure no lumps are formed.
  7. Add chopped capsicum.
  8. Take a pan add little oil and stir fry the boiled chicken.
  9. Add it to the sauce.
  10. Add boiled noodles to the sauce and mix well.
  11. Add both sauces. Adjust salt and pepper.
  12. Mix everything well.
  13. Take a baking dish put butter paper and grease the paper. Add sliced capsicum.
  14. Add the white sauce mixture and sliced tomatoes and add whisked eggs.
  15. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or till the egg is all cooked. Do the toothpick test.
  16. Remove the Meat Cake from the pan on a plate and remove the butter paper and serve warm.
  17. Enjoy as it is or with sauce.
