Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 packet of puris
  2. Tamarind 2 teaspoon
  3. Sugar to taste
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Red Chillie powder 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Chat masala 2 tp
  7. Coriander 1 bowl
  8. Pudina 1/2 bowl
  9. Jaggery small piece

Instructions

  1. 1. Grind coriander leaves with all spices . 2. Take water half cup in a pan wash tamaind and put it in water. 3. Put jaggery in it . 4. Boil it keep it to cool. 5. Put a glass of water in paste of coriander leaves. 6.Strain water from tamarind the sweet water is ready. 7. Panipuri is ready to serve. 8. Stuff boiled potatoes and Bundi in panipuri. 9.Add waters as per Ur choice of taste.
