Makhane ki Kheer

Ingredients to make Makhane ki Kheer

  • Milk 1 litre
  • sabudana 1 cup
  • sugar 1 cup or to taste
  • kesar a pinch
  • Dry fruits chopped 1 teaspoon
  • cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
  • Makhane 1 cup
  • ghee 1 teaspoon

How to make Makhane ki Kheer

  1. Soak sabudana in water for 20 minutes.
  2. Take a kadai, put ghee in it and roast makhane for 1 minute.
  3. Then take a kadai, add milk and sabudana in it.
  4. When it becomes a little thick add makhane in it.
  5. Then add sugar in it.
  6. Add cardamom powder, kesar, dry fruits in it and cook it for 6 minutes till done.
  7. Serve hot or chilled garnished with chopped dry fruits.
