Ingredients to make Strawberry Lassi

  • 300 grams strawberries
  • 1/2 cup full fat chilled curd
  • 2-3 tablespoons cream (low fat cream)
  • 6-7 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rose water

How to make Strawberry Lassi

  1. Chop the strawberries.
  2. Blend the strawberries with sugar to a smooth puree.
  3. Add curd, cream, rose water and pulse at intervals till you get a smooth creamy lassi.
  4. Serve the strawberry lassi immediately garnished with rose petals.
