Chiken Tikka

Ingredients to make Chiken Tikka

  • Chicken - 200grams
  • Everest Tandoori Masala - 3tablespoon
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2tablespoon
  • Red chilli piwder - 1tablespoon
  • Red food colour - 1tablespoon
  • Yogurt - 3tablespoon
  • Vinger - 1tablespoon
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Oil - 2tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1/2tablespoon
  • Bamboo skewers - As requires
  • Capcisum - 1/2 cut into cubes
  • Onion - 1 small cut into cubes

How to make Chiken Tikka

  1. Cut Chicken into cubes than marinate it with all the ingredients listed above also marinate the onion and capsicum cubes for about 30 minutes.
  2. Thread the marinated chicken pieces into the bamboo skewers. Put one chicken cube than once capsicum and onion cube. Repeat this process.
  3. Heat oil in a pan than put the chicken skewers on it and cook it until the chicken is done.
  4. Place the chicken on the gas and roast it.
  5. Finally your chicken tikka is ready to serve it with onion rings and lemon slices.
