Ingredients to make Blueberry icecream sandesh

  • 1 kg milk
  • One tbl spoon lemon juice
  • One tbl spn dry blue berry
  • Two tbl spn whipped cream
  • Four tbl spn powder sugar
  • Little bit butter for greasing
  • Half tea spn vanilla essence
  • One tea spn cornflour

How to make Blueberry icecream sandesh

  1. Boil milk in a pan add lemon juice
  2. When it turn curdling add chilled water.
  3. Now drain it in a muslin cloth n u get chena or Indian cottage cheese.
  4. Hang it for ten minutes
  5. Mash the chena till became soft texture.
  6. Take blue berry add one tea spn hot water n keep side
  7. Now add cornflour n powder sugar with chena
  8. Add whipped cream n blue berry also mix altogether.
  9. Add half tea spn vanilla essence
  10. Take a squre mould grease it with butter pour the chena mixture n
  11. Set it in equal lebal
  12. Cover it with aluminium foil n cook on steam for 20 to ,25minute
  13. Let it cool down completely
  14. Keep in fridge for two hour
  15. Make piece as u like
  16. Serve chilled
