Milk based Coconut Kalakand

Ingredients to make Milk based Coconut Kalakand

  • Milk 3/4 cup
  • Freshly Grated coconut 1 cup
  • sugar 3/4 cup
  • cardamom Powder 1 teaspoon
  • ghee 2 teaspoon
  • Sliced pistachio 1 tablespoon

How to make Milk based Coconut Kalakand

  1. Grease a plate with ghee and keep ready.
  2. Take thick bottomed pan, add all ingredients except ghee and pistachio.
  3. Heat and stir continuously until the mix leaves the side of the pan.
  4. Pour into the greased plate and pat to spread evenly.
  5. Garnish with sliced pistachio and press them gently.
  6. Let them cool. Cut into desired shapes and serve with savories.
