Kesar Pista Sabudana Pudding

Ingredients to make Kesar Pista Sabudana Pudding

  • Kesar 1 teaspoon
  • Pista 10 pieces
  • Milk 1 litre
  • Big size sabudana 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 100 grams
  • Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
  • Almonds
  • Kismish

How to make Kesar Pista Sabudana Pudding

  1. Wash sabudana in water and drain them.
  2. Soak them in 2 tablespoon milk for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat the milk in a heavy bottomed pan over medium flame.
  4. When milk comes to boil, add soaked sabudana and stir well.
  5. Add cardamom powder, kesar, pista and stir well until it dissolves completely.
  6. Cook them until they turn transparent and soft in low flame.
  7. Stir continuously and cook until milk turns thick.
  8. Turn off the flame and add sugar.
  9. Garnish it with sliced almonds and kismish.
  10. Serve warm or chilled.
My Tip: Make sure to stir continuously otherwise it will stick to the pan.
