Ingredients to make Kesar pista sabudaana pudding

  • Kesar 1 tsp
  • Pista 10 pcs
  • Milk 1 L
  • Big size sabudana 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 100gms
  • cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Almonds
  • Kismish

How to make Kesar pista sabudaana pudding

  1. Wash sabudana in water and drain them.
  2. Soak them in 2 tbsp milk for 10mins.
  3. Heat the milk in a heavy bottomed pan over medium flame.
  4. When milk comes boil add soak sabudana and stir well.
  5. Add cardamom powder and ginger kesar - pista and stir well untill it dissolves completely.
  6. Cook them untill they turn transparent and soft in low flame.
  7. Stir continously and cook untill milk turns thick.
  8. Turn off the flame and add Sugar.
  9. Garnish it with sliced almonds and kismish.
  10. Serve warm or chilled.
My Tip: Make sure to stir continously otherwise it will stick in the pan.
