Rice Paneer Dry Fruit Kheer

Ingredients to make Rice Paneer Dry Fruit Kheer

  • For Kheer:
  • Paneer-100 grams
  • Full cream milk-6 cups
  • Milk cream-1 cup
  • Condensed milk-200 grams
  • Chopped dry fruits- 1/4 cup (almonds, pista, cashewnuts,raisins)
  • Cardamom powder -1/4 teaspoon
  • Saffron 5-6 strands (soaked in milk)
  • Rice-1/4 cup (soaked in water for 1/2 an hour)

How to make Rice Paneer Dry Fruit Kheer

  1. For kheer-
  2. Heat milk and condensed milk in a pan.
  3. Add sugar and milk cream.
  4. Boil on high flame till milk reduces 1/4th of its original quantity.
  5. Now cook on low flame, add cardamom powder and dry fruits.
  6. Add grated paneer.
  7. Stir gently.
  8. Pour kheer in a serving dish.
  9. Garnish with saffron and dry fruits. Serve.
