Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Kheer:
  2. Paneer-100 grams
  3. Full cream milk-6 cups
  4. Milk cream-1 cup
  5. Condensed milk-200 grams
  6. Chopped dry fruits- 1/4 cup (almonds, pista, cashewnuts,raisins)
  7. Cardamom powder -1/4 teaspoon
  8. Saffron 5-6 strands (soaked in milk)
  9. Rice-1/4 cup (soaked in water for 1/2 an hour)

Instructions

  1. For kheer-
  2. Heat milk and condensed milk in a pan.
  3. Add sugar and milk cream.
  4. Boil on high flame till milk reduces 1/4th of its original quantity.
  5. Now cook on low flame, add cardamom powder and dry fruits.
  6. Add grated paneer.
  7. Stir gently.
  8. Pour kheer in a serving dish.
  9. Garnish with saffron and dry fruits. Serve.
