Ingredients to make Homemade Milk Ladi Pav!

  • all purpose flour / Maida 2 cups
  • Milk 3/4 cup
  • salt 1 teaspoon
  • sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Instant dry yeast 2 teaspoon
  • butter 3 tablespoon
  • Milk powder 2 tablespoon

How to make Homemade Milk Ladi Pav!

  1. In a bowl add lukewarm milk, yeast and sugar, mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  2. In another bowl add the 2 cups APF / maida, 1 teaspoon salt and 2 tablespoon milk powder. Make a well in the center and after 10 minutes add yeast mixture to the well and make a dough.
  3. Now add 3 tablespoon butter and knead for 10 to 15 minutes to make soft dough.
  4. Transfer dough into bowl and cling wrap and proof it for 1 hour or till  double the volume and after 1 hour take some maida dust your hands and punch down the dough, take out and knead for one minute.
  5. Now divide dough into equal portions and roll to make small balls and place these balls into tray and cover with damp cloth for 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven at 392 degrees Farenhite and after 30 minutes brush the pavs with milk.
  7. Bake Ladi Pav at 392 F for 15 minutes.
  8. Here, soft, fluffy and spongy ladi pav or dinner rolls or buns are ready to serve. Enjoy !!!

My Tip:

Keep yeast milk at warm place so that yeast will proof very well. Proofing time-90 mins. Each pav has 91.5 kcal.
