Ingredients to make Golden Halwa

  • Ripe Mangoes 6
  • Sugar 2 tablespoon
  • Milk powder 1/2 cup
  • Cornflour 1 tablespoon
  • Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
  • Ghee 2 tablespoon
  • Nuts 2 tablespoon

How to make Golden Halwa

  1. Remove mango skin and cut into pieces. Grind in a mixer and make a pulp.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan. Add mango plup. Keep stirring until pulp until it is no more watery.( 10 to 15 minutes)
  3. Add milk powder, cornflour, cardamom powder. Mix well quickly, roast for 5 minutes and then add little ghee.
  4. Set in a serving tray, sprinkle some nuts on top and serve.
