Ingredients to make Golden halwa

  • Ripe Mangoes 6
  • Sugar 2 tbs
  • Milk powder 1/2 cup
  • Cornflour 1 tbs
  • cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Ghee 2 tbs
  • Nuts 2 tbs

How to make Golden halwa

  1. Remove mango skin and cut pices , Grind in mixie and make a pulp. Heat ghee in a pan. Add mango plup Keep stirring until pulp no more watery.( 10 to 15 minutes) Add milk powder, cornflour, cardamom powder. Mix well quick ,roast more 5 minutes add little ghee After set in a serving tray , sprinkle some nuts on top
