Chiken samosa is a very popular non-vegetarian dish made with the filing of chiken in the samosa shell.

Chiken Samosa

Ingredients to make Chiken Samosa

  • Chiken - 100grams
  • Samosa strips -25 (readymate)
  • Boil corns-1/2cup
  • Capsicum-1chopped
  • Carrort-1/2 grated
  • Ginger/garlic paste-2tablespoon
  • Crushed- Ginger 1tablespoon
  • Oil- as required
  • Black pepper powder-1tablespoon
  • Onion-1/2 chopped (optional)
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Cabbage-1/2 cup grated
  • Wheat flour-2tablespoon
  • Water -2tablespoon
  • Cilntro-1/2 cup
  • Green chillies- 2

How to make Chiken Samosa

  1. 1-Boil the chiken with ginger garlic paste & shred it.
  2. 2-In a pan put oil once the oil gets hot put chopped ginger saute it for 2 minutes untill the raw smell of ginger goes than put all the veggies, pepper powder, salt ,green chillies saute it for 2-3minutes than add shreded chiken & put cilantro.
  3. 3-Make paste from wheat flour & water to make the samosas.
  4. 4-After the mixture cools down the samosa strips put the chiken mixture in it & than fold it by applying wheat flour paste.
  5. 5-Deep fry it & enjoy it with tomato ketchup.
My Tip: You can store the samosas in freezer so it will stay fresh for a long period of time.
