Chicken Samosa

Ingredients to make Chicken Samosa

  • chicken - 100grams
  • Samosa strips -25 (readymate)
  • Boil corns-1/2cup
  • capsicum-1chopped
  • Carrort-1/2 grated
  • ginger/garlic paste-2tablespoon
  • Crushed- ginger 1tablespoon
  • oil- as required
  • Black pepper powder-1tablespoon
  • onion-1/2 chopped (optional)
  • salt- as per taste
  • cabbage-1/2 cup grated
  • wheat flour-2tablespoon
  • water -2tablespoon
  • Cilntro-1/2 cup
  • green chillies- 2

How to make Chicken Samosa

  1. Boil the chicken with ginger garlic paste and shred it.
  2. In a pan put oil once the oil gets hot put chopped ginger saute it for 2 minutes until the raw smell of ginger goes than put all the veggies, pepper powder, salt ,green chilies saute it for 2-3 minutes than add shreded chicken and put cilantro.
  3. Make paste from wheat flour and water and knead into a dough. Roll the small balls of the dough and cut half
  4. After the mixture cools down take the half samosa strips put the chicken mixture in it and than fold it by applying wheat flour paste.
  5. Deep fry it and enjoy it with tomato ketchup.

My Tip:

You can store the samosas in freezer so it will stay fresh for a long period of time.
