Rawa Kheer

Ingredients to make Rawa Kheer

  • Semolina or rawa 1 cup
  • Nolen gur 1 and 1/2 cup or sugar 1/2 cup
  • Milk as required
  • Raisins, Cashew nuts
  • Cherry for decoration
  • Gheer 4 spoons
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Green cardamom

How to make Rawa Kheer

  1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add 3 green cardamom and 1 bay leaf.
  2. Saute for a while, after few minutes add rawa and fry it till the rawa becomes fragrant.
  3. Add milk, raisin, cashew nuts and stir it continuously.
  4. Now add liquid Nolen gur (Date palm jaggery ) and make it a thick kheer. If you dont have nolen gur you can add sugar. Cool and serve it :blush: :blush:

My Tip:

You can make it with sugar.
