Ingredients to make Rawa Kheer..

  • Semolina or rawa...1 cup
  • Nolen gud 1 & 1/2 cup or sugar 1/2 cup
  • Milk as required
  • Raisins , Cashew nuts
  • Cherry for decoration
  • Gheer 4 spn
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Green cardamom

How to make Rawa Kheer..

  1. Heat 4 to 5 spn ghee in a pan.Add 3 green cardamom & 1 bay leaf.
  2. Saute for a while , after few mins add rawa & fry it till the rawa becomes fragrant.
  3. Add milk , raisin , cashew nuts & stir it continuously.
  4. Now add lequid Nolen gud (Date palm jaggery )& make it a thick kheer.If u dont have nolen gud u can add sugar. Make it cool & serve it :blush: :blush:
My Tip: You can make it with sugar
