Ingredients to make Chocolate pistachio rabri

  • Full fat milk- 1 litre
  • Sugar- 4 tablespoons
  • Grated chocolate- 1/2 cup
  • Pista, finely chopped- 4 tablespoons
  • Cardamom- 1

How to make Chocolate pistachio rabri

  1. In a heavy bottom vessel boil 1 litre milk. When the milk boils, reduce the gas flame to low and stir it continuously
  2. Boil the milk till it is reduced to half of original quantity
  3. To this thick milk add grated chocolate. Once the chocolate melts add sugar and stir well.
  4. Cook it for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped pistachio and cardamom powder.
  5. Chocolate pistachio rabri is ready
My Tip: If you are using cow's milk use 1.5 litres and cook till it reduces to 1/3 of original amount.
