Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Full fat milk 1 litre
  2. Lemon juice 2 teaspoon
  3. Finely chopped capsicum, onion 2 teaspoon each
  4. Parboiled and finely chopped cabbage and carrot 2 tablespoon each
  5. Boiled corn 2 tablespoon
  6. Chopped garlic 2 cloves
  7. Salt
  8. Oregano 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Chilly flakes 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Oil

Instructions

  1. Boil milk and lemon juice for curdling it.
  2. Switch off flame and add all ingredients except oil and cover it for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain water from paneer and make it in different shapes and keep it aside for 1 hour.
  4. After 1 hour coat all paneer with cornflour.
  5. Shealllow fry it on pan using less oil and ready to serve.
