ABOUT Little Millets Kheer RECIPE

Little milleta also known as same rice or kutki this comes in millets family, millets are very rich in fiber and very good for health.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Little Millet 1 cup
  2. Boiled Full fat milk 1 cup
  3. Organic Jaggery 1/4 cup
  4. Condensed milk 1 tin (250 grams)
  5. Cardamom and cloves powder a pinch
  6. Saffron 6 strands
  7. Ghee roasted cashews and raisins 2 tablespoons
  8. Salt a pinch

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook little millets with 4 cup of water for 4 to 5 whistles.
  2. In a heavy bottomed pan add cooked little milles, jaggery, cardamom powder, saffron, salt and little water cook for few minutes.
  3. Now turn off the flame and add boiled milk, condensed milk and ghee rosted dryfruits combined well.
  4. Serve hot or chilled.
