Ingredients to make Paneer, Poha, Cheese Rolls

  • Milk 1/2 litre
  • Curd 1 cup / lemon juice of 1 big lemon
  • Poha ( rice flakes) soaked 3/ 4 th cup
  • Brown bread slices 4 ( soaked and squeezed out liquid)
  • Cheese cubes 2 ( grated)
  • Carrot grated 1/4 cup
  • Cucumber grated 2 tablespoon ( squeeze out the water)
  • Tomatoes chopped fine 1 small
  • Sesame seeds roasted 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic crushed 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger grated 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • Gram flour 2 tablespoon
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 teaspoon
  • Chilli powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying

How to make Paneer, Poha, Cheese Rolls

  1. Boil the milk and make paneer by adding curd / lime juice.
  2. Press in between two plates in muslin cloth to squeeze out extra liquid. Keep aside to cool.
  3. Now squeeze out liquid from soaked poha. Add paneer grated cheese, grated carrot, cucumber, sesame seeds, bread slices, gram flour, garlic, ginger and all masala.
  4. Now make cylindrical rolls and deep fry in hot oil on medium flame.
  5. Your Paneer Poha rolls are ready to serve. Enjoy with Tomato ketchup.
  6. If you don't want to deep fry than can make tikkis and shallow fry too.

My Tip:

You can add vegetables of your choice.
