Ingredients to make Paneer tikka naaza

  • For dough
  • 1 cup Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 cup Maida
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • For paneer marination
  • 250 gms paneer cubes
  • 3tsp hung curd
  • gg paste
  • 1/2 Lemon juice
  • oregano
  • Parsley
  • Red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • For gravy
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 2 tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder

How to make Paneer tikka naaza

  1. Mix all ingredients for the dough n knead nicely to make a smooth dough..apply oil n keep aside for few mins
  2. Marinate paneer in all d ingredients mentioned above and keep aside for sometime In a pan,add little butter n saute paneer till little dry
  3. For the gravy Saute onion in 1 TSP butter and add tomato puree and dry masalas...cook till dry then add cream,mix and turn off the gas
  4. For naan... Roll a ball of dough in desired shape...apply olive oil or butter n grill in oven for 180 deg for 5 mins (don't overdo)(u can prepare this n keep for a day also) Now apply butter on it,spread tomato sauce,the gravy,paneer,grated cheese(I prefer cheese spread) sprinkle chilli flakes,oregano n grill in oven at 180 deg for around 7-10 mins..serve hot n crisp :yum:
