Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup sugar
  2. 1 cup cream (malai)
  3. 1 cup all purpose flour
  4. 1/2 cup milk
  5. 1 spoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar and malai in the blender.
  2. Then add milk, baking powder and mix well.
  3. Take a microwave safe container and grease with some oil.
  4. Pour the mixture into the container and microwave for 5 minutes.
  5. Decorate with chocolate syrup and gems.( optional )
