Ingredients to make Bread ke dahi bhalle

  • 1cup curd
  • Few bread slices(sides cut)
  • Sugar to taste
  • Salt a pinch
  • Sweet Tamarind Chutney
  • green chutney
  • Black salt
  • Jeera pdr
  • Red chilli powder
  • Coriander leaves

How to make Bread ke dahi bhalle

  1. Cut bread in desired shape and apply green chutney to one side n cover vth other slice
  2. Beat curds in a bowl and add salt n sugar..mix well.
  3. Now pour curd in a serving dish dip sandwich bread in it..turn the bread so that both sides get dipped in curd.now sprinkle black salt,red chilli powder and jeera pdr on it,pour tamarind chutney on the bread sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves over it n keep in fridge.serve chilled
  4. U can make this from leftover bread also...for this keep the bread in curds for sometime..if the bread is fresh and very soft,serve immediately
My Tip: U can add sev to top if u desire
