Ingredients to make Egg curry

  • Boiled eggs 4
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Onions 3
  • Cumin powder 1tblspn
  • Red chilli powder 1tblspn
  • Coriander powder 1tblspn
  • Garam masala powder 1/2tblspn
  • Salt to taste
  • Tamarind juice 1/4 cup
  • Sugar 1tblspn
  • Oil 3-4 tblspns
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tblspn
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2tblspn

How to make Egg curry

  1. Add oil, onions, tomatoes, red chilli Powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt in a pressure cooker and cook for 3-4 whistles on a low flame.
  2. In a pan add oil, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds, onion tomato gravy made in cooker and fry it on a low flame for two mins
  3. Add tamarind juice, sugar and boiled eggs to it and let it get on a lowland for 5 mins.
  4. Your dish is ready. Have it with hot rice
