Badam Kulfi Shake

Ingredients to make Badam Kulfi Shake

  • 2 liters full cream milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 nutmeg powder
  • 5 to 6 cardamom pods powder
  • saffron (optional)

How to make Badam Kulfi Shake

  1. In a heavy bottomed pan mix in the milk, condensed milk, milk powder and cook on medium heat until the milk comes to a rolling boil, about 15 minutes.
  2. Once the milk comes to a boil cook on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring in between to prevent sticking until the mixture thickness and caramelizes and gets that lovely kulfi flavour.
  3. Add sugar cardamom powder, nutmag powder, chopped almonds and mix well.
  4. Allow to cool and keep in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
  5. Garnish with some chopped almonds.
  6. Your badam kulfi shake is ready to serve. Enjoy.
My Tip: Use 3 tablespoons soaked cashew nut paste for extra creamy flavour.
