ABOUT Chicken Lollypop RECIPE

Chicken lollypop is very popular with the kids.They love ordering chicken lollypop as an appetizer. So if prepared at home they will relish it even more.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 12 chicken lollypops
  2. 1 tablespoon garlic/ginger paste
  3. 1 tablespoon red chili powder(Kashmiri)
  4. 1 tablespoon tandoori masala
  5. 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  6. 1 tablespoon rice flour
  7. 1 tablespoon gram flour
  8. 1 tablespoon corn flour
  9. 1 tablespoon maida
  10. 3 tablespoon curd
  11. 1 medium size lemon
  12. ½ teaspoon tandoori colour
  13. chat masala to taste
  14. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients except chat masala in a bowl and marinate the chicken for about 2 hours in a refrigerator.
  2. Remove the marinated mixture from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the lollypops till it turns brown.
  4. Check with a fork or knife if the chicken is cooked well.
  5. Remove the lollypops in a bowl on a tissue to extract the oil from the lollypops.
  6. Then add chat masala to the lollypops.
  7. Serve hot with sauce, salad or chatni.
