Chicken Lollypop

Ingredients to make Chicken Lollypop

  • 12 chicken lollypops
  • 1 tblsp Garlic/ginger paste
  • 1 tblsp red chili powder(Kashmiri)
  • 1 tblsp tandoori masala
  • 1 tspn garam masala powder
  • 1 tblsp rice flour
  • 1 tblsp gram flour
  • 1 tblsp corn flour
  • 1 tblsp maida
  • 3 tblsp curd
  • 1 medium size lemon
  • ½ tspn tandoori colour
  • chat masala to taste
  • Salt to taste

How to make Chicken Lollypop

  1. Mix all the ingredients except chat masala in a bowl and marinate the chicken for about 2 hours in a refrigerator.
  2. Remove the marinated mixture from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the lollypops till it turns brown
  4. Check with a fork or knife if the chicken is cooked well.
  5. Remove the lollypops in a bowl on a tissue to extract the oil from the lollypops.
  6. Then add chat masala to the lollypops.
  7. Serve hot with sauce, salad or chatni.
My Tip: Marinate overnight, the lollypops will taste better.
