Ingredients to make Stuffed mooli parantha

  • 1 long grated radish with radish leaves
  • Besan. . 1 cup
  • Salt. As per taste
  • Wheat flour 3 cups
  • Red chilli powder. As per needed according to spiciness
  • Turmeric powder. ..1 tsp
  • Cumin powder. 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder. 2 tsp
  • Garam Masala

How to make Stuffed mooli parantha

  1. First grated radish with chopped fine radish leaves. pour salt in that.
  2. These salt leave water then we have to squeeze them. Put these squeezed water aside in bowl.
  3. Make dough using wheat flour & that salty water( squeezed)
  4. In the squeeze radish we add besan &all spices.
  5. Now prepare small roti. Fill small amount of radish masala in that.
  6. After stuffing we roll it into bigger size . put in the pan for roasting.
  7. Put 1 tsp oil over in pan.
  8. Our masala stuffed parantha is ready for taste with pickle.
