Its very easy and anybody can cook it in 10 minutes.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Semolina 200 grams
  2. Milk maid 50 grams
  3. Sugar as per taste
  4. Ghee or refined oil 2 tablespoons
  5. Dry fruits ( Cashew, Pistachio, Raisins) as per choice
  6. Saffron, a pinch
  7. Turmeric, a pinch for color
  8. Water 2 cups

Instructions

  1. Add ghee or oil in a wok.
  2. Add semolina or suji and golden fry.
  3. Add milkmaid, stir and add water.
  4. Add saffron, turmeric and stir.
  5. Add the dry fruits and let it set and serve
