Ingredients to make Milk Pudding Chocolate Tart

  • All Purpose Flour - 1.5 cups
  • Salted Butter - 1/2 cup (cold)
  • Confectionary Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Cocoa powder - 1/4 Cup
  • Cold Water - 1/4 cup
  • Eggs - 2
  • Milk - 250 millilitre
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoon
  • Almonds - about a handful

How to make Milk Pudding Chocolate Tart

  1. For the tart crust -
  2. Add the flour, confectionary sugar, cocoa powder and butter in a bowl.
  3. Mix it with hands until the mix is crumbly.
  4. Add water slowly to form a dough.
  5. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, preheat the oven at 180 degrees centigrade.
  7. Grease the tart pan.
  8. Now, roll out the dough and press it into the pan.
  9. Press it with your hands to cover the centre and sides equally.
  10. Poke it a little with the fork.
  11. Bake it in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degree centigrade.
  12. While its getting baked, prepare the milk pudding.
  13. Take milk and sugar in a pan.
  14. Heat it until the sugar dissolves completely.
  15. Take it off the gas.
  16. Add the eggs to it.
  17. Give it a gentle stir.
  18. Now strain this milk and egg mix through a strainer.
  19. Add chopped almonds to it.
  20. Take out the tart from the oven.
  21. Pour this pudding mix into it.
  22. Bake it again for 20 minutes at 180 degree centigrade.
  23. Reduce the temperature to 150 degree centigrade and bake for another 15 minutes.
  24. Take it out and let it cool.
  25. Cut it and enjoy.
