Ingredients to make Kesar Kulfa:blush::grinning::grinning::grinning::grinning:

  • 1 litre Milk
  • Kesar
  • Pista
  • Almonds( chopped)
  • Sugar 5 tablespoon
  • Rose water 1 tablespoon

How to make Kesar Kulfa:blush::grinning::grinning::grinning::grinning:

  1. Boil milk and make sure it's full cream milk.
  2. Soak kesar in 4 tablespoon warm milk.
  3. When milk is thick and you can see lachha or malai in it then stir continuously.
  4. When milk has boiled for around 15 minutes add rose water. Add kesar, almonds, pista in it.
  5. Cool it and freeze it for 5 hours.
My Tip: You can serve in any shape and module.
