Mango Rice Flakes Avial

Ingredients to make Mango Rice Flakes Avial

  • Milk 2 glasses (300 millilitre)
  • Rice flakes 1 bowl
  • Clarified butter 1 tablespoon
  • Mango chopped 1 (ripe) 200 grams
  • Amul cool kesar milk 1 bottle ( 200 millilitre)
  • Condensed milk 3 tablespoon / Sugar to taste.
  • Chopped almonds(10) and cashews (10)
  • Vanilla Icecream 2 scoops

How to make Mango Rice Flakes Avial

  1. Heat clarified butter in a pan, fry chopped almonds and cashews.
  2. Fry brown and take out in a plate. In the same pan roast rice flakes.
  3. Fry for 5 minutes or till they get crispy. Turn off the heat and transfer in the plate.
  4. Chop the mango, mash with masher. Preserve some pieces for garnishing.
  5. Take chilled milk, add condensed milk to it according to the sweetness you want. ( also depends on sweetness of your mango)
  6. Add cardamom powder to milk.
  7. Assembling:
  8. First add mashed mango to the serving glass.
  9. Now add roasted rice flakes.
  10. Add chopped dry fruits.
  11. Now add some cardamom milk.
  12. Now again it's turn of rice flakes and dry fruits simultaneously.
  13. Now add some kesar milk to the glass.
  14. Now it's turn of Ice cream scoop.
  15. Garnish with few pieces of chopped mango and dry fruits.

My Tip:

Fill milk just to the level of Rice flakes every time you fill in the glass. Adjust sweetness according to your choice.
