ABOUT Sunflower Raita Salad RECIPE

My beautiful sunflower salad, healthy and delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Carrots grated 1 cup
  2. Cocumber grated 1 cup
  3. Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  4. Black paper powder 1 teaspoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Oil 2 teaspoon
  7. Sugar 1 teaspoon
  8. Sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
  9. Coriander leaves and mint leaves 1/2 cup chopped
  10. 3 green chillies, cut pieces
  11. Salad leaves
  12. Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds. When seeds crackle, add green chillies, sauté for 1 minute.
  2. After add carrots and cucumber. Add salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice, sugar, salt, mix well and sauté for 2 minutes. After that turn off the flame.
  3. Cool down 5 minutes. Mix coriander leaves mint leaves and mix well.
  4. In a platter arrange salad leaves, after that add carrots mixture, sprinkle some sesame seeds on top. Serve and enjoy.
