How to make Cheese chilly

  1. Grind garlic cloves and green chillies to make it into a paste. Chop onions and capsicum in squares.
  2. In a mixing bowl, take paneer cubes and add cornflour, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt n a little oil to it.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. When the oil is hot enough place paneer cubes in it.
  4. Flip it over and cook from both sides till light golden in colour. Drain it on a kitchen paper.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and put garlic green chilly paste in it.
  6. Cook until the raw smell of garlic goes and then add capsicum.
  7. Cook till it gets a little tender and then add onions.
  8. Let it cook for 2 mins and add soy sauce, green chilly sauce, tomato ketchup, black pepper powder and salt.
  9. Stir well and add water and let it simmer for 2-3 mins.
  10. Now add the leftover cornflour paste so that the gravy thickens a bit.
  11. Lastly add paneer cubes and give it a nice stir.
  12. Simmer for 2 mins and your tangy n tasty paneer chilly is ready to be served.
My Tip: You can also shallow fry paneer cubes  instead of frying them.
