Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rice one bowl
  2. Poha two tablespoon
  3. Sooji two tablespoon
  4. Cabbage cut in small pieces
  5. Onion cut in small pieces
  6. Green chilies two
  7. Salt as per your taste
  8. Turmeric powder half teaspoon
  9. Chilli powder half teaspoon
  10. Garam masala one fourth teaspoon
  11. One small dice of lemon

Instructions

  1. First take boiled rice in a bowl. Then add cabbage, chilli.
  2. Pour this mixture in a grinder and grind a little.
  3. Take out mixture in a bowl and add sooji, poha, and all other ingredients and mix it .
  4. Make the powder of the poha and make the shape of a tikki and dip into poha powder and fry it.
  5. Serve immediately with garlic chutney.
