Ingredients to make Basi Chaval ke Cutlet

  • Rice one bowl
  • Poha two tablespoon
  • Sooji two tablespoon
  • Cabbage cut in small pieces
  • Onion cut in small pieces
  • Green chilies two
  • Salt as per your taste
  • Turmeric powder half teaspoon
  • Chilli powder half teaspoon
  • Garam masala one fourth teaspoon
  • One small dice of lemon

How to make Basi Chaval ke Cutlet

  1. First take boiled rice in a bowl. Then add cabbage, chilli.
  2. Pour this mixture in a grinder and grind a little.
  3. Take out mixture in a bowl and add sooji, poha, and all other ingredients and mix it .
  4. Make the powder of the poha and make the shape of a tikki and dip into poha powder and fry it.
  5. Serve immediately with garlic chutney.

My Tip:

You can add more vegetables and oats to it.
