Ingredients to make Basi chaval ke cutlet

  • Rice one bowl
  • Poha two tbsp
  • Sooji two tbsp
  • Cabbage cut in small pieces
  • Onion cut in small pieces
  • Green chillie two
  • Salt as per your taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/4th tsp
  • One small dice of lemon

How to make Basi chaval ke cutlet

  1. First take boiled rice in a bowl. then add cabbage, chilli.
  2. Pour this mixture in a grinder and grind little bit.
  3. Take out mixture in a bowl and add sooji, poha, and all other ingredients and mix it .
  4. Make the powder of the poha and make the shape of a tikki and dip into poha powder and fry it.....
  5. Serve immediately with garlic chutney
My Tip: You can add more vegetables and oats to it.
