Sattu ka Paratha

Ingredients to make Sattu ka Paratha

  • 1 kilogram of wheat flour or maida ( Iprefer wheat flour)
  • oil for frying
  • 4 tablespoon oil for kneading a dough
  • 500 grams of sattu
  • 5 big onion chopped
  • 1 whole garlic chopped
  • 3 green chillies chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of ajwain
  • 1 teaspoon of black jeera
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 piece of mango pickle
  • salt for taste

How to make Sattu ka Paratha

  1. Take sattu in a large bowl, now add onion, garlic, green chillies, ajwain, black jeera, one piece of mango pickle, lemon juice, salt as per taste, oil 2 tablespoon and mix it. If required add little water, make a dough and keep aside.
  2. In a separate bowl make a dough of wheat flour with salt, oil and water.
  3. In a wok heat oil and with the help of rolling pin, make round puris with the filling of sattu mixture and fry.
  4. Serve with mashed potato and raw onion.
