Sattu ka paratha..

Ingredients to make Sattu ka paratha..

  • 1 kg of wheat flour or maida.( i prefer wheat flour)
  • Oil for frying
  • 4 tbsp oil for kneading a dough
  • 500 gm of sattu
  • 5 big onion chopped
  • One whole garlic chopped
  • 3 green chillies chopped
  • 1 tsp of ajwain
  • 1 tsp of black jeera
  • One lemon juice
  • One pc of mango pickle
  • salt for taste.

How to make Sattu ka paratha..

  1. Take sattu in a large bowl now add onion, garlic, green chillies, ajwain, black jeera, one PC of mango pickle, lemon juice, salt as per taste, oil 2 tbsp and mix it if required add little water make a dough and keep aside.
  2. In a separate bowl make a dough of wheat flour wih salt oil and water
  3. In a kadhai heat oil and with the help of rolling pin make round puri with the filling of sattu mixture and fry.
  4. Serve with mashed potato and raw onion.
