Breakfast milk made fun. I made a vanilla milk and set it in shot glass mold and the most unconventional Bournvita pannacotta was ready to serve. All made using agar agar.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk 350 ml
  2. Sugar 2 tablespoon
  3. Vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon
  4. Agar agar 15 grams
  5. Water 1/2 cup
  6. Cream 1/2 cup
  7. Bournvita 2 tablespoon
  8. Agar agar powder 1/4 teaspoon
  9. Water tablespoon
  10. Sugar 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Boil milk with 2 tablespoon of sugar. Add vanilla extract and mix.
  2. Mix 15 grams agar agar in 1/2 cup of water and bring it to a boil.
  3. Mix the agar agar mixture in the milk mixture and stir well to combine.
  4. Cool the mixture slightly and pour in shot glass mold.
  5. Refrigerate to set.
  6. Mix the cream, sugar and bournvita and bring the mixture to a boil.
  7. Mix 1/4 teaspoon agar agar in 1 tablespoon of water and bring it to a boil.
  8. Mix the agar mixture in the cream mixture and boil it for a minute.
  9. Let cool down completely to room temperature, else it will melt the edible glass.
  10. De-mold the glass slowly and pour the panna cotta mixture into it. Let set.
  11. You can use edible gold paint to paint on the milk glass to give it a realistic look.
