Ingredients to make Bournvita PannaCotta in edible Milk shot glasses

  • milk 350 ml
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • vanila extract 1/4 tsp
  • agar agar 15 gms
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • bournvita 2 tbsp
  • agar agar powder 1/4 tsp
  • water tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp

How to make Bournvita PannaCotta in edible Milk shot glasses

  1. Boil milk with 2 tbsp of sugar.
  2. Add vanilla extract and mix.
  3. Mix 15gms agar agar in 1/2 cup of water. bring it to a boil.
  4. Mix the agar agar mixture in the milk mixture and stir well to combine
  5. Cool the mixture slightly and pour in shot glass mold .
  6. Leave it in fridge to set
  7. Mix the cream sugar and bournvita and bring this mixture to boil
  8. Mix 1/4 tsp agar agar in 1 tbsp of water and bring it to a boil
  9. Mix the agar mixture in the cream mixture and boil it for a minute
  10. Let it cool down completely to room temperature , else it will melt the edible glass
  11. De-mold the glass slowly and pour the panna cotta mixture and leave it to set.
  12. you can use edible gold paint to pain on the milk glass to give it a realistic look.
