Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potatoes- 3 cut in long (like French fries)
  2. Okra/ladies finger/bhindi- 250 grams (cut in three parts)
  3. Salt- to taste
  4. Coriander powder- 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Turmeric powder- a pinch
  8. Red chilly powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Amchur powder- 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Corn flour- 2 tablespoon
  11. Plain flour- 2 tablespoon
  12. Onion- 1 sliced
  13. Tomato- 1 finely chopped
  14. Green chilly- 2 slanted
  15. Coriander leaves- for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Marinate with above spices and keep aside okra/bhindi and potatoes separately.
  2. Fry onions and keep aside.
  3. Fry slanted chillies too.
  4. In a wok mix potatoes, okra/bhindi, fried onions and chillies. And lastly add salt if needed.
  5. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
