ABOUT Chicken 65 RECIPE

Fried boneless chicken with tadka of green chilly and curry leaves.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boneless chicken 250 grams bite size
  2. Oil for frying
  3. Ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoon
  4. Cornflour 1 teaspoon
  5. salt pepper to taste
  6. Rice flour 1 teaspoon
  7. Egg 1
  8. Fine chopped onion 2 medium sized
  9. Garlic chilly fine chopped 2 teaspoon
  10. Chilly sauce 1 teaspoon
  11. Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
  12. Green chillies 4-5
  13. Kadi patta 15-20 leaves

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste.
  2. Add salt, pepper.
  3. Marinate for 6-7 hours.
  4. Add egg, rice flour and corn flour.
  5. Mix well and deep fry.
  6. Make sure you fry on slow flame.
  7. Heat oil add kadi patta, green chillies, chopped onion, chopped garlic.
  8. Add soy sauce, chill sauce.
  9. Add fried chicken to it and mix well.
  10. Chicken 65 is ready to serve.
