Fried boneless chicken with tadka of green chilly & kadi patta

Ingredients to make Chicken 65

  • Boneless chicken 250 gms bite size
  • Oil for frying
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Cornflour 1 tsp
  • salt pepper to taste
  • Rice flour 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Fine chopped onion 2 medium sized
  • Garlic chilly fine chopped 2 tsp
  • Chilly sauce 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • Green chillies 4-5
  • Kadi patta 15-20 leaves

How to make Chicken 65

  1. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste
  2. Add salt pepper
  3. Marinate for 6-7 hrs.
  4. Add egg,rice flour,& corn flour
  5. Mix well and deep fry
  6. Make sure you fry on slow flame
  7. Heat oil add kadi patta,green chillies, chopped onion, chopped garlic
  8. Add soya sauce, chill sauce
  9. Add fried chicken to it mix well
  10. Chicken 65 is ready
My Tip: Marinate chicken at least for 6-8 hrs Cook it on low flame
