Rossy Bread Malai Toast

Ingredients to make Rossy Bread Malai Toast

  • Milk - 1 lt.
  • Bread - 4 slices
  • Malai - 1/2 bowl
  • Sugar - 4 tsp or as needed
  • Rose essence - few drops
  • Rose syrup - 1/2 bowl
  • Pinch of red color
  • Pista and silver varak for Garnish
  • CHOPPED DRY FRUITS

How to make Rossy Bread Malai Toast

  1. Pics of ingredients
  2. First boil the milk and reduce half .let it cool.
  3. When milk become dark add rose water, syrup , Sugar as needed and pinch of red color.
  4. Take slices of bread and cut the edges.take 1 slice of bread And spread malai on it.
  5. Sprinkle Chopped dry fruits on the layer of malai.
  6. Cover the slice with another bread. make a sandwich.
  7. Cut the bread sandwich in 4 triangles.
  8. Dip the triangles in Rossy milk and Place all triangles in a serving plate
  9. Pour all Rossy milk on malai tosts
  10. Garnish with Chopped pista and silver varak.
  11. Put in the fridge for chilled . Serve cool cool. Your yummy dessert is ready to eat.
