ABOUT Chicken Cutlet RECIPE

Chicken Cutlet is a simple and easy dish. It can be served for all three meals breakfast, lunch and dinner. It can be consumed as a snack also.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. ½ kilogram Boneless chicken
  2. 1 cup Chana dal/chickpeas
  3. 3-4 Red dry chillies
  4. 2 tablespoon Garlic ginger paste
  5. 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  6. 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  7. 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  8. 1 teaspoon black pepper
  9. 1 small onion
  10. 1-2 Green chillies
  11. Chopped coriander leaves
  12. 1 Egg
  13. Bread crumbs
  14. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak chana dal for about half an hour.
  2. Wash chicken well and add it in a vessel.
  3. Also add all the ingredients except onion, coriander and green chilies to the chicken in the vessel and boil well.
  4. Turn off the stove once the ingredients are cooked.
  5. Wait for the mixture to reach room temperature and grind it well.
  6. To the grinded mixture add chopped onions, green chilies and coriander leaves.
  7. Shape the mixture into cutlets and coat it with egg and bread crumbs.
  8. Shallow fry it and serve hot with bread roll.
