Ingredients to make Kesar Pista China Grass Pudding

  • 1/2 kilogram milk
  • 100 gram sugar
  • 1 packet china grass
  • half cup water
  • half cup chopped pista
  • few kesar threads

How to make Kesar Pista China Grass Pudding

  1. Cut china grass in small pieces and soak in water.
  2. Boil milk, add sugar and mix well on low flame.
  3. Soak kesar in one tablespoon milk.
  4. Add soaked kesar in boiled milk.
  5. Add soaked china grass and mix well till grass dissolves completely.
  6. Now add chopped pista and cook for 5-10 minutes on low flame.
  7. After 5-10 minutes switch off the flame.
  8. Let it allow to cool.
  9. Now pour ready mixture in mold and keep in refrigerator for one hour.
  10. After one hour unmold ready china grass pudding on a plate.
  11. Garnish with pista and mint leaves.
  12. Serve chilled.
My Tip: You can use any other flavour in place of kesar.
