This is an innovation in making pancakes. This recipe is made from rice and milk with dry fruits overloaded and has a Shahi taste.
Tasty and yummyyy...
Soak rice in water for 30 minutes.
Strain the rice and grind it into a fine paste.
Boil the milk in a deep pan.
Add sugar and salt, let it cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
Add the rice paste into the boiled milk, sugar mixture and stir continuously.
Let it cook until the mixture becomes semi dry.
Now add kesar, elaichi powder, almonds, pistachios, and rest all of the ingredients.
Cook till the mixture becomes thick and finely dry.
Now take a non stick shallow pan.
Add 1 tablespoon of ghee.
Now put this dry mixture into the pan and spread evenly.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 20 minutes on low flame.
Insert a knife to check if the pancake is cooked properly, if the mixture doesn't stick to the knife remove and serve on plate.
