Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. chopped gavar
  2. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  3. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  4. 1 teaspoon garam masala
  5. salt to taste
  6. coriander leaves
  7. oil
  8. jeera

Instructions

  1. Blanch gavar and drain excess water.
  2. Put oil in a pan. Add jeera till it turns brown.
  3. Put all the spices. Now add blanched gavar and mix well.
  4. Cover it for 2 minutes. Gavar is ready to serve.
  5. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
